What areas do you serve?
We're based in Canoga Park and work across Los Angeles and the San Fernando Valley, including Beverly Hills, Studio City, Sherman Oaks, Encino, Tarzana, Woodland Hills, Calabasas, Burbank, Thousand Oaks, and the Pacific Palisades.
Do you only do kitchens?
Not at all. We handle far more than kitchens, including bathrooms, full-home renovations, additions, ADUs, flooring, interior painting, specialty builds like recording studios, and select commercial projects.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Girl Flip Construction is a licensed California contractor, License #1089370.
What makes Girl Flip different?
We are a women-led, family-owned company with a tight-knit crew and a fun streak. You get experienced craftsmanship, a truly collaborative process, and communication that actually feels good throughout.
How much does a remodel cost?
Every project is different, so we do not throw out numbers that will not hold up. We can provide a preliminary estimate early in the process, and once we have walked your space we give you a clear, honest estimate with no mystery line items.
Do you offer free consultations?
Yes. We start with a free discovery call to learn about your project, talk through your ideas, and see if we're the right fit. Reach out and we'll set one up.
How long will my project take?
It depends entirely on the scope of work. We give you a realistic schedule up front and keep you updated throughout your project.
Do you handle permits?
Yes, and we go well beyond that. Our preconstruction package takes your project all the way to RTI (Ready to Issue), including architectural plans, structural engineering, energy compliance, renderings, and full permit processing. We handle the approvals so you can focus on getting ready to build.
Can you help with design and material selections?
Absolutely. We guide you through layout, cabinetry, counters, tile, and finishes so the choices fit your style and budget without the guesswork.
Can we stay in our home during the remodel?
Often, for smaller projects. For larger gut renovations many clients move out for part of the work. We'll talk through what makes sense for yours.
Do you really do celebrity and HGTV projects?
We do. Our founder Erica has been featured on HGTV and Hulu's Design to Last, worked with clients including Carnie Wilson, and we bring that same craftsmanship to every home.
Do you stand behind your work?
We do. We take pride in finishing the job right, and we'll go over the specifics of standing behind our work with you during your project.
How do I get started?
Call us at (818) 303-4083 or send a message through our contact page. We'll set up a discovery call and take it from there.
